EDUCATIONAL GROWTH MAX

Working closely with administration and staff, start seeing real results and guarantee your institution a solid footing for the future.
A $1500monthly retainer fee guarantees you a personalized full-service consultation. Together we will fine-tune effective policies and procedures that support your vision for the school. This plan includes 2 hours of weekly zoom meetings; customized as needed. Communicate with unlimited messages.

SOLUTIONS ON DEMAND
For schools looking for experienced advice to solve a specific problem. Our experience and expertise are at your service to help address the problems that inevitably come up in the day-to-day administration of a school, and the running of a classroom.
This is an a la carte solution for your educational needs, available to schools, teachers and parents for $100 an hour.
Please note that not all solutions are easily remedied in a one-hour consultation. After hearing the details of the issue, we will be happy to estimate the resources necessary to achieve your aims.
Workshops and more:
We will be happy to run developmental workshops for staff and parents, and advise on open houses, and school event planning, upon request!
One-on-One Montessori Parenting
An initial consultation - during which we will see how we can work together - is free.
After this, there is a 60-90 minute First Meeting, during which I will get a thorough understanding of who you are, what areas you want to grow in, and what you feel is challenging you and your family, and you will get a broad idea of how our program can help you.
In our second meeting - 45-60 minutes long - we will map out a plan of action that will start you on the road to a better home and family experience. Our plan will include goals, as well as concrete steps on how to reach them, and a timeline for this change. The first follow-up meeting generally takes place one week after that initial meeting, in order to allow us time to consider what was said and give mindful thought to what steps to take to advance our goals.
In subsequent meetings, also 45-60 minutes long, we will talk about what has been implemented, how you feel it has worked and ways to refocus and hone out tactics, or move to additional goals. Once a goal has been achieved we will start working on your next goals and plans.
The first meeting Intake Fee is $125 for the 60-90 minute meeting. The fee for all subsequent meetings is $90 per 1hr. meeting.
