From the Admoinistrator:
As a member of staff who has personally received the Montessori Moments training with Mrs. Isaacs, I cannot express enough how truly transformative and exciting this experience has been for me and our entire team at Ganeinu!......
Mrs. Isaacs’s dedication to our growth is amazing. Mrs. Isaacs didn't just deliver a one-size-fits-all training program. She worked tirelessly with our Director, meticulously crafting the course to address our specific needs and concerns. She listened to our feedback, adjusted the training accordingly, and made sure it fit seamlessly into our school's unique environment. The energy and excitement in our team have never been higher, we started the new school year with new knowledge and confidence. We can't wait to see the positive impact this will have on our students.
My work involves communicating with our director, teachers, parents, and students. Through training with Mrs. Isaacs, I learned valuable communication tools that helped me have a difficult conversation with our director ((one of the homework assignments). This improved our professional relationship by fostering openness, knowledge-sharing, acceptance, and a sense of partnership.
To improve my communication with teachers, I needed to address a tendency I had to give orders, plans, and demands without realizing it. My overarching goal was to ensure that Ganeinu not only claimed to be exceptional but genuinely delivered outstanding service to both parents and students.
Mrs. Isaaks helped me develop effective communication skills (still working on it). She emphasized the importance of respect, care, and kindness in my interactions, particularly when dealing with teachers. Through her guidance, I gained a clearer understanding of my role in conveying messages to teachers and parents. Mrs. Isaaks also pointed out that certain conversations should be handled exclusively by the director (today I stopped myself from telling one of the teachers what I think about her teaching style, unwillingness to learn and change) or teachers, which was a valuable insight. Moreover, I've become more mindful of using extreme language in my communication.
Another very important reminder for me is to be mindful of my own behavior. I am aware that I am under constant observation by teachers, parents, students, and even my own children. If I expect teachers to be punctual, students to be respectful and practice self-regulation, then I need to exemplify those qualities myself. Mrs. Isaacs taught me the mindful breathing technique to help me slow down mentally and physically, allowing me to step back and respond thoughtfully in stressful situations with teachers or parents.
I thoroughly enjoyed my training in behavior management, loose parts, literacy, and transition techniques. While I'm not in the classroom most of the time, I've found immense value in applying this knowledge within my family and during conversations with teachers and parents. Today, I had the opportunity to emphasize the significance of smooth transitions to one of the teachers, which was particularly rewarding.
Thank you, Mrs. Isaacs,....... for making all of this possible!

I don't have enough words to thank you! The workshop has been incredible with so many tools for us to use not just with our little classroom but with our team, our family and our own kids. For me it is enlightening and makes me fall in love with the process of thinking and development of the kids in general.
You addressed little details to huge conversations and scenarios that were gonna have in this journey and that made me realize how integrative everything needs to be and how important the communication in this whole picture is.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart! 💕

MMSC Day School
Jewish Montessori
Seattle Washington
Educational Consultant
Over the last year I have had the privilege of getting to know Gavi Grobermman, the ECC Director of Seattle Jewish Montessori. My mentorship and guidance has successfully helped her finish her first year in EC administration with excellence. Our year has focused on developing a calendar and a time frame to help manage the busy day-to-day, as well as the weekly, monthly and seasonal events. Together, we have developed a school culture and a teachers' community, while still setting appropriate guidelines and role-boundaries. I have helped the administration understand the strengths and challenges of each member of the team, and guided a successful strategy that plays to each one's strong suits. Creating and working on professional development for Gavi to present was a particular pleasure. Gavi will always be a colleague and friend, and she is a strong administrator, dedicated to her own professional growth.
Gavi Grobermman:
As a new director, Rivkah's guidance has been so valuable to me. We've been working one-on-one for almost a year, and I've grown so much in my confidence in navigating my new role, thanks to her support. Rivkah is positive and encouraging, offering a listening ear but also sound advice and strategies that can work for our program. I know that Rivkah's many years of experience in Montessori education make her uniquely qualified to support schools, directors and teachers to reach their fullest potential.
